Court documents reveal identity of unnamed man involved in 115 MPH chase with ND Highway Patrol

CASS CO., N.D. (KVRR) — KVRR is learning the identity of the man involved in a high speed chase with North Dakota Highway Patrol on Saturday near Casselton.
Court documents show the unnamed suspect is Jonathon Kinney of Fargo.
The patrol issued a press release about the chase, which hit speeds of 115 miles per hour on I-94 and Highway 18 with the man driving into oncoming lanes, but only referred to Kinney as the “suspect” or “driver”.
A PIT maneuver was used to stop his vehicle and he was taken into custody.
Kinney faces a long list of charges including fleeing, reckless endangerment, drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed weapon and he also has active arrest warrants.
He was checked out at Sanford before being taken to jail.
A court hearing has net yet been set.
