Open House, Open Hearts at That’s the Dream Farm

GLYNDON, Minn. — It’s time to count your chickens.

And goats, and other farm animals, because Open House at That’s the Dream Farm is this week.

IT’s a chance for the community to come in free of charge and learn about what they do.

You can take a goat yoga class, tour the farm, do kids’ archery and more.

The farm operates on an animal-led encounter philosophy, so the animal can choose whether or not they want to engage in the activity at hand.

Farm workers say it’s better for the animal, and it’s better for the humans.

That’s the Dream Farm’s Christian Klonowski joined the Morning Show, along with No-Name the chicken, to talk about their techniques handling and socializing the animals, and what you can learn if you participate.
