Fargo homicide suspect Leo Dartoe arrested in Atlanta

Leo DartoeATLANTA (KVRR) — Fargo homicide suspect Leo Dartoe has been arrested. Dartoe was taken into custody in Atlanta Friday by the U.S. Marshals task force and the Atlanta Police Department.
