Tires slashed on multiple vehicles in downtown Fargo

FARGO (KVRR) – Vandals have been slashing tires on vehicles in downtown Fargo. Fargo police say officers responded to a report of vandalism at a parking ramp in the 600 block of 2nd Ave. N.
