Public hearing set on Xcel Energy rate increase for North Dakota customers

BISMARCK, N.D. (KVRR-KFGO) – The Public Service Commission has scheduled a public hearing later this month on Xcel Energy’s proposed 19% electric rate increase in North Dakota.
