EAST GRAND FORKS, Minn. — A bar in East Grand Forks has its liquor license suspended after the owner continues violating the governor’s executive order despite a citation and restraining order. ST. PAUL, Minn. (KVRR) — A bar and restaurant owner in East Grand Forks who defied Gov. Tim Walz’s executive order by reopening to dine-in customers, is being sued by Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison.
