ST. PAUL, Minn. — A member of Minnesota Governor Dayton’s cabinet has died. Bureau of Mediation Services Commissioner Josh Tilsen passed away early this morning from complications of a staph infection. Tilsen’s condition quickly worsened after he became ill last week.
