Concordia Community Celebrates German Heritage

Students at Concordia celebrate German heritage.
The German Club and German program at Concordia held a Deutsches Fest.

Around one hundred people from around the community came to take part in the festivities.

The festival featured German food, music and skits.
“I really think it’s important just because it gives people an opportunity to immerse themselves in other cultures, really see a new perspective with German or any other language for that matter,” said organizer Taylor Huwe.
Deutsches Fest is held annually at the school.
