Fargo Teen Sentenced For Shooting Incident Last Summer Near Ed Clapp School

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A Fargo teen accused of firing shots near Ed Clapp Elementary School last July has now pleaded guilty.
19-year-old Mario Lighthall will have to serve two years before he is eligible for probation on the charges of aggravated assault, terrorizing and reckless endangerment all with a dangerous weapon.
Lighthall is being given credit for 260 days he has already served behind bars.
He will have to forfeit a 9 millimeter pistol and ammunition and have no contact with the victim.
No one was hurt in the shooting incident.
Three others were arrested and charged in this case.
