Fargodome Hosts 63rd Annual Red River Valley Home & Garden Show

Attendees were there to either look for assistance on specific home improvement projects or just to peruse the offerings of hundreds of vendors.

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Thousands of people headed to the Fargodome this weekend for the annual Red River Valley Home and Garden Show.

More than 230 vendors packed the concourses and the field, and officials estimated over 7 thousand people attended during the 3-day expo.

People looking for resources for their next home improvement project found hot tubs, window treatments, and all kinds of arts and crafts.

Event organizers say the average attendee knows what they’re there to see and connecting them with the right vendor works out great for both parties.

“A lot of them are very interested in doing projects, and they want to get them going. So it’s been a good show for us and obviously a lot of the other vendors are feeling the same way,” said Tom Spaeth, co-owner of Accent Kitchen and Bath.

There was also a play area for kids, a beer garden for adults and hot food served up by Fargo Fillies.
