Fargo nightclub’s liquor license remains suspended, hearing is suddenly canceled

West Fargo man facing manslaughter, aggravated assault charges

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Felony manslaughter and aggravated assault charges have been filed against a West Fargo man in connection with an assault Aug. 21 at the Speedway Event Center. Minnesota court deals another setback to Line 3 opponents

ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Minnesota Court of Appeals has affirmed a decision by state pollution regulators to issue a water quality certification for Enbridge Energy’s Line 3 crude oil pipeline.
