POLK COUNTY, Minn. — The Crookston man facing second murder charges, returns to Polk County. Forty-nine-year-old Eddie Frazier was released from the Hennepin County jail. RED LAKE COUNTY, Minn. — The Red Lake County Sheriff’s Office is investigating two burglaries. The American Legion Club and D&K Corner Bar in Plummer were broken into sometime early Wednesday.
