MPCA fines American Crystal Sugar $16,000

ST. PAUL, Minn. (KVRR) – The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency says American Crystal Sugar failed to collect fecal samples and exceeded their fecal sample limit at their Moorhead and East Grand Forks locations in 2024.
