Fire Officials Release Possible Cause of Alexandria House Fire
When deputies arrived on scene, two areas of the house, both near electrical and gas lines, were engulfed in flames

ALEXANDRIA, Minn. — Lightning was the likely cause of a house fire in rural Alexandria.
Crews were called to the house around 6:20 Sunday morning.
When deputies arrived on scene, two areas of the house, both near electrical and gas lines, were engulfed in flames.
Alexandria and Forada Fire Departments responded.
The fire caused damage to the exterior of the house.
There were no injuries.
