Veterans Honor Flight adds a fifth flight in 2026, will depart Grand Forks in November

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR) — Veterans Honor Flight of North Dakota/Minnesota announces a fifth flight in 2026.

The flight will depart from Grand Forks International Airport in November and head to Washington, D.C.

The organization says that means even more of our region’s veterans will have the opportunity to visit D.C. at no cost, to visit the memorials built in their honor.

The next trip will be a double flight out of Fargo on May 10-12 and it is currently in the planning stages.
