Feds charge man in multi-state golf cart theft investigation with ties to Fargo area

FARGO (KVRR) – A man has been arrested in Georgia in connection with the theft of “numerous” golf carts in several states including the Dakotas and Minnesota. Counties join ban on fireworks because of drought

BISMARCK, N.D. – Burleigh and Morton counties have joined the city of Mandan in banning the use of fireworks during the July Fourth holiday season due to the widespread drought in North Dakota. Fire destroys recycling truck in Jamestown

Company agrees to settle alleged Clean Water Act violations

BISMARCK, N.D. – A Colorado company has agreed to settle Clean Water Act violations stemming from the company’s oil production activities in North Dakota.
