Update: Police identify victim in Moorhead homicide; Two arrests made in Michigan

UPDATE (4:08 P.M.) — The male victim from the Moorhead homicide on April 13 was positively identified by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office as 39-year-old James Hamilton.
