Minot man charged with embezzling $1.5M from his employer

MINOT, N.D. (KVRR-KFGO) – A Minot man is accused of stealing $1.5 million from his employer. Minot Police say officers arrested 49-year-old Patrick McCarty at his home Wednesday. Police began investigating after the Minot branch manager for Wilbur-Ellis, an agribusiness based in Denver, contacted them about the theft.
