Former Moorhead Detective Charged with Vandalism at Ex-Supervisor’s House

MOORHEAD, Minn. – A retired Moorhead Detective has been charged for allegedly vandalizing a former supervisor’s home.  Robert Porter faces a misdemeanor intentional damage to property charge.
