REGIONAL — A presidential disaster declaration has been issued for 10 counties and Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Reservation that were affected by spring flooding. The counties include: Benson, Bottineau, Cavalier, McHenry, Pembina, Pierce, Renville, Rolette, Towner and Walsh.
