North Dakota AARP opposes rate settlement with Xcel Energy

BISMARCK, N.D. (KVRR-KCND) – The North Dakota Public Service Commission has begun holding formal hearings on a natural gas rate increase proposed by Xcel Energy. Falling tree kills Twin Cities couple in northern Wisconsin

MINNEAPOLIS – A Twin Cities couple is dead after a tree fell on them while they were camping in northern Wisconsin. FARGO (KVRR) – Fargo police are investigating a stabbing that happened Wednesday in the downtown area. Police were called at approximately 11:20 p.m. to the 500 block of Broadway.
