Fargo Liquor Store Robbed at Gunpoint

VALLEY CITY, N.D.–Sheriff’s officials say a 19-year-old woman has been shot at a Barnes County residence. Sheriff Randy McClaflin says the shooting happened Friday morning in the Fingal area.
