A Local Red Cross Volunteer Heads To Texas To Help After Hurricane Damage

FARGO, N.D.- Marcella Alvarez, a former Marine from Fargo, is heading to Houston. She will be help with sheltering. Alvarez has been volunteering with the Red Cross since January.
