LINCOLN, N.D.–Police believe a 71-year-old Mandan man died in a crash after suffering a medical episode while driving. UPDATE: The Grand Forks Police Department has identified the man in the crash as 26-year-old Joel Schram of Manvel, North Dakota. Police say Schram did not appear to have been using a seat belt.
