Fargo woman dies in crash near Fergus Falls

A Fargo woman has been identified as the victim of a deadly crash near Fergus Falls. The Minnesota State Patrol says 26–year–old Rachel Tso died after her pickup was rear–ended by a semi on Interstate 94 Friday.
