UPDATE: Fargo Fire Department’s Fire Marshal says a fire at an apartment building November fifth was caused by someone improperly getting rid of smoking materials on a third floor balcony. FARGO (KVRR) – Fire heavily damaged a south Fargo apartment building Thursday. The fire at 137C Prairiewood Drive broke out shortly before 5 a.m. No injuries were reported.
