FARGO, N.D.–The North Dakota Department of Health reports an additional 28 cases of COVID-19 in Cass County. BARNESVILLE, Minn.–A Barnesville woman has been arrested after a child died at Sanford Hospital in Fargo. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office and Barnesville Police Department were called to the hospital for reports of felony neglect on Thursday.
