The state reports a total of 39 new cases from Burleigh, Cass, Grand Forks, Walsh and Williams Counties. No new deaths are reported. BARNESVILLE, Minn.–A Barnesville woman has been arrested after a child died at Sanford Hospital in Fargo. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office and Barnesville Police Department were called to the hospital for reports of felony neglect on Thursday.
