Minnesota won’t approve anxiety as condition for medical marijuana

ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Health says it would not add anxiety disorders as a qualifying condition for medical marijuana, unlike North Dakota and three other states. Gunshots reported in Moorhead

Stabbing Suspect Avoids Trial With Change of Pleas

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A Fargo woman has changed her plea to guilty after stabbing three people in May in downtown Fargo. 30-year-old Ashley Larson entered guilty pleas to two counts of aggravated assault.
