North Dakota airports recovering slowly from pandemic effects

BISMARCK, N.D. (KVRR/KCND) – North Dakota’s airports are seeing more passenger boardings, as air travel continues to slowly recover from the effects of the pandemic. Staples man pleads guilty to arson conspiracy
