CASS COUNTY, N.D.–The North Dakota Department of Health reports 36 new COVID-19 cases and no new deaths on Friday. Eight counties report new cases including Burleigh, Cass, Grand Forks, LaMoure, McLean, Morton, Richland and Sioux Counties.
