FBI arrests NDSU graduate student accused of issuing death threats

FARGO (KVRR) – The FBI has arrested an NDSU graduate student for allegedly issuing threats against employees at the university. Thirty-eight-year-old Thomas Sayward appeared in federal court Friday.
